I approach consultation from a systems perspective; I take into account the broader system in which the individual or organization functions. This could include family dynamics, workplace culture, or community influences. Understanding these systems helps to identify how they impact the presenting problem and inform effective solutions.
Outreach is also available for organizations, Health and Resource Fairs. Delivering outreach is an essential part of Our commitment to promoting mental health and well-being within the community. Outreach services are designed to extend psychological knowledge and resources beyond the therapy room, making mental health support more accessible to individuals, groups, and organizations.
